Copyright is subject to protection provided for in the Copyright and Related Rights Act of 4 February 1994 (Dz. U.: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1231)

    3. The Data Controller shall not be held responsible for the user's acts or omissions which result in Data Controller processing personal data provided by the users in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy.

The Publisher reserves the right to make modifications, withdraw or change the functions or properties of the Website, as well as to stop the temporary or permanent operation of the Website or its part, transfer rights to another Website or Web Portal and to perform all legal actions allowed by applicable laws. The User shall not be entitled to any claims against the Publisher in this respect.

The publisher is not responsible for the claims of the User and third parties whose rights and legitimate interests have been violated through these materials. The User bears full responsibility for breaking the law or damage caused by their activities on the Website, in particular providing false data, disclosing professional secrets, other confidential information or business secrets, violating personal rights or copyrights and related rights when entering these data in the forms available on the Website.
